Actually we are all experiencing either feeling good, that contains trust and faith, expecting that experience will be valuable and uplifting, or not feeling good, which contains doubts, fears, limitations, confusions and negative expectations. Actually feeling good should (bad word) be irresistible, foremost in our mind and our preferred choice of thought, but it isn’t for a lot of us. Doubts and fears are easy to repeat, while trust and faith may take considerable effort, we are such creatures of habit, we keep proving to ourselves that we are not quite right, not what we should be. This is everyone’s spiritual challenge
of course, to first doubt ourselves and see our life as a struggle and then choose to feel good about our chosen challenges and then change our mind and choose to use our inner power to transform our doubts and fears into trust and faith, when we do make that change, it sure feels good. , that we are a part of, the “I AM THAT,I AM,That I AM” energy, that is aware of it’s self”. The more we identify with this Divine
reality, the more we become a conscious

I want to talk a little bit about our bodies, we need to learn to listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us. Our bodies are communicating with us all of the time, we just don’t listen. When we have aches and pains, the body is complaining to us about what we are doing to it that isn’t healthy for us, telling us to be more aware of what we are eating, the incorrect food combinations, the amount we are eating, how little we may be chewing, the way we may be diluting our digestive acids with the liquids we use to wash down our un-chewed mouthfuls. Allergies are warning messages to tell us that we are eating something that the body can’t assimilate at this time or perhaps at all .Our body is our friendly vehicle that we run around in, it needs conscious care and maintenance. It’s important to get to know it more intimately and responsibly, The body needs our awareness and understanding care, it was made to last for over 100 years or how ever long we may need it, becoming more healthy and dependable when we learn to listen to what it keeps telling us that we need to do to keep it healthy and when we care enough to take care of it. A healthy body isn’t fixed with a doctor’s pills, it takes communication and response-ability.

Christmas time, ‘this the season to be jolly, actually everyday it’s important to be jolly, to choose to feel good. Feel good is the key to increased power and increased conscious awareness. When we choose to feel good we are able to receive more of this changing energy that is in the process of transforming our body’s cells into a crystalline substance, that can handle higher frequencies. There are a lot of bodily changes that we may be experiencing, that we may not understand or feel that we have a bug like the flu or something, when it may be the result of our bodies, making appropriate and necessary adjustments to this increased energy, Practising three level deep breathing, drinking more water, eating less, chewing more, getting a little more sleep, spending some time in meditation, being grateful for these inner changes that help us evolve, are things we can do that are good for us no matter our reason for doing them.
