Where is your focus Session

I’m back from New Delhi, the class we gave, Where is your focus, which  is an introduction to simple and effective ways to increase our conscious awareness, went well. It’s always a delight to see the energy changes in the participants of our classes, the same thing happens in sessions, faces change noticeably as their stress levels decrease.  As the stress in the body changes, so do the facial features. The mirror is a good stress detector, under stress the body becomes tense and tightens up, as the stress goes all of our features relax and our beauty becomes more visible. A mirror meditation is a good one to play with, spend some time looking into the eyes of your reflection while practicing deep breathing, extend your exhale as long as you can and inhale through your nose slowly and as deeply as possible and exhale through your mouth. When your stress diminishes, your facial muscles will relax and you friend in the mirror will be more beautiful. Your body will also have relaxed and be working more efficiently, good for you, you are a magician. you’ve DE-stressed your self and made your self more beautiful and efficient. Maybe you should consider doing this regularly.

Feel Good

Christmas time, ‘this the season to be jolly, actually everyday it’s important to be jolly, to choose to feel good. Feel good is the key to increased power and increased conscious awareness. When we choose to feel good we are able to receive more of this changing energy that is in the process of transforming our body’s  cells into a crystalline substance, that can handle higher frequencies. There are a lot of bodily changes that we may be experiencing,  that we may not understand or feel that we have a bug like the flu  or something, when it may be the  result of our bodies, making appropriate and necessary adjustments to this increased energy, Practising three level deep breathing, drinking more water, eating less, chewing more, getting a little more sleep, spending some time in meditation, being grateful for these inner changes that help us evolve, are things we can do that are good for us no matter our reason for doing them. These things are things we should be doing for ourselves anyway,  it’s called caring for and loving our self so we can feel better and live longer in a healthy body, purposely After all  it is the only one we have, so lets commit to taking better care of our self and be grateful that we are. ‘this the season to be healthy, happy and whole-ly..

Selecting proper guidance

In order for us to be available to more of what we really want we need to take the responsibility to raise our vibration. We can receive more by raising our vibration with positive thoughts, meditation, chakra activation, focused intention, trust and faith, breathing exercises and many other techniques. Until we raise the vibration of our energy we keep attracting more of what we already have. We are magnet that attracts the equivalent of what we express. It’s really that simple everything is available to us, we just need to make ourselves available to what we want and that takes persistent and consistent work. We don’t really need outside help, although proper guidance can help. Selecting proper guidance maybe tricky there are a lot of so called authorities around, so be picky. What works the best is quite often the simplest. Were there is a will, there is a way.
