The Value Of Self Love

Where do you put your self value? on your list of self worth? Are you at the top or are you somewhere else? Anywhere else but at the top is an expression of low self worth. Self judgement, we think that we should be more of what we think others would rather we,should be, then they would treat us more the way we want to be treated, so we try to be what we think would get us more of what we want the way we want it. We are trying to please them to get what we want from them. Simple problem with a simple solution. We need to take care of ourselves, we are the only ones who know what we want and how we want it, give it to your self. This is an expression of self love, caring for yourself first. The more we give our selves, the more we have to share and a true relationship is sharing what we already have, with those we wish to share it with, not getting it from them, giving it to them. Stress is a result of expectation, doubts, fears,limitations of some kind. When we choose to take care of out selves first, the whole game changes, we are satisfied. they are pleased and the energy becomes more productive.That’s how simple it can become.
