Most of us spend little or no focused energy on ourselves, we ignore the habit patterns that we repeat over and over again, that may be non-productive during the day, True some of them may be small and not worth our paying attention to, or are they, If we kept track of them and how often we use them, we would probably be shocked at how they add up. By eliminating even small over looked limiting habits, we gain in strength and progressive accomplishment, Feb. is a pay attention and fine tune your conscious awareness responsibilities time. The more we eliminate our belief system reactions and replace them with conscious responses, the more light we produce and the better life and world we manifest. Such a simple thing to do and how powerful it can be.
