Doubt your Doubt. We all want to improve and make things better in our lives. Our health, our wealth, our relationships what ever. We have dreams of success. WE want more and better. Then we start denying and doubting that we can do what we want because we don’t believe we can, we feel that we don’t know how, so we have doubts. Our belief system is our master. We cancel the possibility of positive change with a thought and a feeling that it would be nice, BUT ! We doubt that we are worthy of improvement so we accept that for some reason we don’t deserve what we really want and we reinforce the doubt by thinking that it will never happen.
