Respect

We all want respect.and become reactive with a lot of negative thoughts when we feel disrespect. Every time we choose to think and feel negative in any way about any thing, we disrespect ourselves.We are creating negative energy by the way we have decided to feel. Anger, resentment, doubt, fear, hate, hostility, grief guilt, antagonism are all negative and disrespectful to our bodies. Especially our hearts. Every time we react in a negative manner our body experiences 1400 negative chemical influences. What we hear from anyone outside us is just their opinion, we give it the power to see it as a judgment. Choose to be response-able and respect yourself by how you use your energy and respect yourself by feeling good. It’s always a choice as well. Be nice to you, why not?
